Who is Talia?

Talia is the Systems Head on Eldritch MUSH, and also assists with the Theme Staff Duties. Talia al Ghul, whom she uses as her staff character, is the Daughter of R'as al Ghul, the Demon's Head, one of Batman's greatest enemies. Her name means "Vanguard of the Demon" in Arabic. Talia the staffer is an incredibly OCD task-oriented person who has to be hit over the head with a lead pipe now and then to stop her from burning herself out with work on the game.

What does she do?

Talia has a plethora of duties including maintenance and updating of the bulletin board and Anomaly Jobs systems, channels, the internet components (Eldritch Wiki, Eldritch Forums, and Eldritch Livejournal Community), +news, HELP, and +help files, the census, and the org systems. She also has to make sure info is consistent on the game and the web components, and that the info is easily understandable for players. She also handles building requests, assigning jobs to staff, and managing the powers of staff bits.

Talia also helps out theme staff with gamewide plots, small one shot plots, and running individual plots for players based on their backgrounds and +sheets upon request.
