The Bay View Boardwalk provides a great view of the Bay, and some fun in the form of shops and a penny arcade.

Description
Bright colors and the sounds of the bay are the hallmarks of the Bay View Boardwalk. Bright blue rails separate visitors from the bay waters, and the wooden walkway all along the edge of Arcana Bay provides them a great view of the ships and pleasure boats navigating the waters. One of the many bridges connecting the mainland to the Nexus is a visual focus for onlookers.
Away from the water on the other side of the boardwalk are little shops with vendors selling ice cream, candies, drinks, snacks, and souvenirs. There is also the larger bulk of the Penny Arcade, with the sounds of video games, pinball, and skeeball emanating from it.

Background
Established in 1815, the Bay View Boardwalk was built as a leisure spot for the citizens of Eldritch. Over the years it has continuously been an old standard in the midst of a modernizing city. Small shops and a penny arcade developed in the early 1900s, and although many have changed hands over the years, all the buildings remain in use to this day.
